Motivation ★

Hello World,

So MOTIVATION..To get Motivated..Are very hard things to be done or to feel to some people and I am definitely one of them :/
Well I will point out few thing that helped me and still helps me to be motivated, hopefully it will help you :))

Top 5 things makes me feel/be MOTIVATED:

1. This will sound cliche but HAPPINESS, if you will be happy you will want to get up and do things  

2. What gets me out of the bed cheerful and MOTIVATED is MUSIC on full volume 
3. Saying to yourself if I will get this done by the end of the week/day I will give my self some sort of a treat.
4. This might sound like WHAAAT but it does help →  Sleep well 💤 Proper Rest
5. One big thing that helps me is walk or gym after I wake up, then it makes me feel like okay whats next :D

The 5th one is a lot of times like heck no I don't feel like going anywhere but if you will do 4 things above or even 3 you will do 5th with no problem ;)
